We understand that travel plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy.
1. Cab Bookings
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before pickup: 100% refund of token amount.
- 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% refund of token amount.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show: No refund.
2. Tour Packages
- 30+ days before departure: 90% refund (after deduction of 10% admin fee).
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund.
- Less than 7 days: No refund.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Bank processing time may apply.
4. Force Majeure & Weather
In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or major road closures, we will offer to reschedule your trip or issue a credit note valid for 12 months. Refunds in these cases are at our discretion.
5. Modifications
Changes to your booking (dates, vehicle category, route) are subject to availability and may attract differential pricing.
